Berry Mousse

• frozen mixed berries
• glucose
• whipping cream
• gluten free and organic corn flakes / Doves Farm /

Put the frozen berries in a saucepan with glucose. Heat gently until the fruit start to steam. Taste it and if it too sour put more glucose in to. Cook for around 10-15 min. Remove from heat and leave to cool. The berries jam ready when it is cold. Make your own whipping cream.
Choose nice glass. Put the berries jam in the under. Next level is the whipping cream. On the top put the corn flakes.
