Ingredients

gluten free Puff Pastry

cherry compote

glucose for the top

 

Method

Use my recipe to make the gluten free puff pastry. Stretch out the dough for 5 mm thick. Use the cherry compote and make a few little group in one side of the dough. After fold the empty dough on the cherry part. Press the dough where is empty.

With the sharp knife make a square. Before you put in the oven make sure the side of the cherry bag is closed.

Bake on 200 degree. The cherry bag ready when they are nice and gold.
