Puff pastry with cheese and sausage Sausage and cheese bundle

 

Ingredients

gluten free Puff Pastry

mangalica pig sausage slices

cheddar cheese slices

 

 

 

Method

 

Use my recipe to make the gluten free puff pastry.Stretch out the dough for 5 mm thick. Use the sharp knife and make the square from the dough.  Cut the side of the square, and put the mangalica pig sausage slice or cheddar cheese slice into the middle of the square.

After press together the square edges.

Put into the oven on 200 degree. The bundle will be ready when the colour is gold.
