Stretch out the puff pastry for 2-3 mm thick. Use sharp knife and then cut two same shape. The base should be the same size like the tray what we will use for baking. Preheat the oven, and bake the two base for golden brown colour.
When the base is not too hot. Cut one them onto small cubes. Put the another in the tray which has a high edge. Grease the base with the warm vanilla custard. And wait as it cool down.
After grease your handmade whipping cream in the top. After put the puff pastry cubes on the top.
Finally with the sharp knife cut the hole cake the along the cubes and sprinkled with glucose.
