3 cup Doves Farm Gluten Free Plain white flour blend
2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon glucose
3 teaspoon Doves Farm Original dry yeast
1 teaspoon fresh cream
2-3 cup warm water ( not hot)
Use the same cup when you measure the ingredients!
Put the flour and the salt in the bowl. Mix the glucose, fresh cream and yeast in the 1 cup warm water. When the yeast is ready, put this into the flour. Then add the olive oil and even 2 cup water. ( Maybe enough 1,5 cup water )Beat well. You will get the smooth, thick batter. Put this batter in the baking tray ( use the baking paper). Spread tomato sauce over them to just within the edges. Add topping to the pizzas, then bake them in the oven 200 C for 25 to 30 minutes. When the topping are golden brown the pasta is ready.
